Mas d'en Bernat
VARIETY: Grenache of 25-30 years.
SOIL AND VINEYARD: Llicorella calcareous soil, between 300 and 500 meters altitude.
HARVEST: Harvested manually in “La Plantadeta” until 11 a.m. in boxes of 15 kg.
PRODUCTION: Made from Grenache grapes from 30 years old vineyards, the grapes are picked up by hand and are taken to the cellar. Once there, fermentation/ maceration with the skin are made during 25 days. During winter is filtered by natural sedimentation. In spring, wine is ready for its bottling.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 14,5%
CATA: Cherry red color with violet tones, which refer to his youth. Explosion of aromas: white flowers, red fruit, sweet, soft and pleasant. Sweet entrance, mineral, well balanced, good acidity and full final.
