Plantadeta Oak White Wine

"Fruit and body combined: expressiveness and freshness."

VARIETY: Old grapes of Grenache and Muscat.

SOIL AND VINEYARD: Llicorella calcareous soil, between 300 and 500 meters altitude.

VINTAGE: Harvested manually in “La Plantadeta” until 11 a.m. in boxes of 15 kg.

AGEING: Fermentation in French oak barrels during 6 months.

PRODUCTION: Skidded with small machine immediately on having come to the cellar. Very soft pressing to obtain the must flower. Fermentation in inox deposits with shirt of cold. On the half fermentation the wine go on to new barrels of French oak to finish his fermentation doing daily battonages.


TASTING NOTE: Yellow colour, bright with green reflections. Aroma floral and tropical fruits, the oak gives us a hint of spice (cinnamon, vanilla, coffee...). Easy entrance in the palate and a complete evolution.
